Claims to fame!

I was in Scarborough Maine last year and blew by Ninja Eater several times hehehehehehehe OK yah I wish even having trouble with his bike he wooped me . We had a good lunch and a nice ride though . I snuck into the pits just before the Daytona 500 back in 98 99 somewhere and hung out with Jeff Gordons pit crew shot the crap with Ray Evernham . I asked all kinds of dumb questions and he answered them all just I was important to talk to . Hell of a nice guy . Got them all to sign my hat but Jeff to many kids surrounding him . On that day I didnt talk to but was standing right near a bunch of Winston Cup guys . I danced with supposedly (not sure if I believe her but no way to check her story) Mark Martins step daughter at a club called Finkys in Daytona beach . Met Richard Petty .
 
My "claim to fame," I RIDE A BUSA!

But seriously, not sure I should drop any names here, they might not like that. I'll give you some hints though:

Person 1: Acquaintance of mine; was one of the orginal members of the band "Kansas."

Person 2: Acquaintance; Played pro football for the Chicago Bears (a long time ago).

Person 3: Friend; was a staff member for Ronald Reagan (while he was President).

Person 4: Very famous; best friend, is now the Post Master of the Wood River, IL Post Office. (he he).

I must have bad luck or something, because I can't seem to get with the famous ladies. The only one I met was Lisa Leslie (L.A. Sparks) in the airport in Houston. Now this is how the rest goes:

Ate lunch with Shaquille O'Neal when he first signed with the Orlando Magic. He was here because he liked, and wanted to date a childhood friend of mine.

I have a cousin from Houston who used to date Thurman Thomas from Buffalo Bills fame.

Met Sargeant Major of the Army Gates while stationed in Fort Ben Harrison IN. Some of you may not know this, but there is only ONE Sargeant Major of the Army at any particular time.

Used to hang out with Orlando McDaniel who used to play safety for the Minnesota Vikings. This guy is a f^cking moron, so hence the "used to hang out with."

Am good friends with and ride with Eddie "Boo" Kennison who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Played at a High School basketball camp that was hosted by Earvin "Magic" Johnson. Got pictures of that one.

Used to play pick-up basketball games in the summer against Joe Dumars (Detroit Pistons GM).

Met Penny Hardaway (Phoenix Suns) and Gary Payton (Seattle Supersonics) at a basketball tournament that is given here once a year. Went out clubbin' later. Penny is cool, but Gary is sort-of a showoff.

Vincent Brisby (formerly of New England Patriots) and Marc Boutte (formerly of Washington Redskins) are real good friends of mine. Me and Marc grew up together.

Have a cousin in Houston who owns her own dental practice and she does work for Master P and his son, Lil' Romeo.

Have talked with Sheryl Swoopes. She lives right next door to my cousin who is the dentist.

I must have done something bad in my former life cuz I keep coming up short on the famous women. Why can't I meet a Halle Berry, Salma Hayek, Salli Richardson, or people like that? I guess with my good looks and appeal, I would have them thinking that they are in the presence of someone famous.(hahahaha)

Oh yeah! I didn't mention this one, but my brother went out to a night club with Vanessa delRio. You GUYS should remember Vanessa. C'mon ya'll remember Vanessa del Rio of XXX rated movie fame. I think I'll try to find her number so that I can give it to Stunnah so that he won't be waking up at 5 a.m. and bored in the mornings. ROFLMFAO

OK I was going out to dinner with my teacher at one of my IBM training courses in Providence RI and in the hotel was this bunch of hot looking women . I asked the guy behind the counter ( guy because ai dont have a clue how to spell consierge) and there was a porn convention in town . I dont remember there names but there sure was alot of silicone .
 
OK, check this. As a graduate student at Michigan State, I made the first discovery of oral birth control medication in US waters (at Lake Mead). We were studying chemicals that could mimic estrogen... and to make a long story short... I found that birth control pills were "peee'd" out and the wastewater treatment plants did not totally remove them and they got released into the environment.

This seemingly silly discovery (along with MANY other scientists discoveries) has fueled a very large issued called endocrine disruption. So, I travel and speak on the subject a lot and I am on the Federal Advisory Committee in Washington on this issue!


I also met Jay Leno on our Los Angeles ride....

Met Ron Jeremy and some other "stars" in Vegas at the Venentian...

Met Tommy Lasorta (sp?) at a casino in Vegas...

Dated for years, the daughter of the chief plumber at the White House....... (that was my favorite)!!!!!!!!!
 
Wow, a lot of impressive claim to fames in here. I just have a couple, that's all.

Met and chatted with Franco Harris (former Pittsburgh Steelers RB), real down to earth person.

Met Shaq before he became famous (still at LSU)

Sat across from Sinbad on the plane ride to Dallas. Another down to earth person.

Mannie Fresh (Cash Money Millionaires) is my cousin.

But my most important claim to fame is hanging with Lo-Busa in Cali at the Raider's game and having her take me on a tour of the Bay area.

I forgot a couple. I met Michael Jordan in a dance club in Chicago...before he wasn't able to do such things. My ex-wife took a picture with him. I was surprised at how tall he IS NOT. He seemed about 6'4" to me.

We also ran into Dennis Johnson (Celtics Fame) on an island vacation. The ex took a picture with him too. Last, but not least, we met Walter Payton at her job...and yes, she took a picture with him as well.

The bottom line is that I felt funny asking to take a picture with a guy, famous or not. So I always got her to get the picture. Now I have nothing but the stories?

Is that fair.

i am still jealous about Mugga's recent brush with fame. I think I will take trip down to the Bay...do some scouting for Laguna.

Hmmm. let me see....

Met Micheal Jordon, Jerry Springer, and almost kicked Minny Me. This was at a club in Boston during the Rider Cup (golf event in Boston). My wife rubbed Micheal's head.

Met Ron Jeremy and so many bands I can't remember them all. I worked at that above mentioned club after that.

Met Bruce Willis, that was cool, he came into the club and walked up to me and said, "Hi" and shook my hand. The owner didn't even say HI, he was a prick, but Bruce was cool.

I went to Dee Brown's house, I don't follow sports, but I think he now plays basketball for the FL Magic? My friends sister married him.

Otherwise many people locally know and love me! Ha Ha
I don't really care much for fame. I like people for who they are and vice versa. As far as I am concerned I live a good life surrounded by good friends.
