chrome frame covers??

is anyone familiar with the chrome frame covers that cover your frame swingarm and rear sets?? i know they are plastic but im not sure how they attach and im also curious if you can see the edge where it attaches to the frame. any help you guys can give would be appreciated.

Busachemist had them on his Mountain Dew bike.

They weren't bad, but you could definetly tell they were plastic.

Saw frame cover on a 01. Could not tell from a
distance about 15 ft or so but up close can tell
it is a cover. Still looks good, looks like frame plugs
hold it on and you can't see the edges. Covers
front and sides.

I had a set a while back that I got from a company in N.C. Once I got to see the set up close and personal I didn't like iit enough to put them on the bike. Got my money back (500+) As the others said, you can definitely tell they're plastic once you get near the bike. 3MM double sided tape
