Changing display from imperial to metric

I have a UK spec bike. I'd be interested if anyone knows how I can change the digital mile counters to read kilometres. I have kph on the analogue speedo already, although admittedly it's hard to read, I might put some stickers on there at the "important" kph speeds. Any suggestions welcome.

A new gauge cluster is probly the easiest way, tho not the cheapest.

I'm not going there as it will cost a fortune - what are the other ways?

webslinger. he can set you up with a new faceplate, that has KPH as the big numbers, plus custom designs if you like. then just get a speedo healer to get it calibrated.

yea but almost 150+ for speedo healer and 60-80 for guages...that aint cheap either...
