chain slack if riding with passenger - any different ?

recommended slack is 0.8-1.2", mine is about 1.5 right now, im about to adjust it. i am 150lbs and i ride with 95-105lb girls on the back, shoud my chain slack be adjusted any different ? ( to compensate for suspension travel or anything else ) i do not think it makes a difference, but thought i'd ask anyways

Id leave it at reccomended specs. Suzuki gave ya a rear seat so it would seem to me that they took such things into account. The thought to adjust it for a passenger never occured to me, no problems after many 2 up miles
