Catalytic converters?

Quick question guys. Are there any catalytic converters in the Busa exhaust system? Need to know. Thanks.

There are on mine (Euro model) and as far as I know there aren't on US models, don't know about Canadian models?
The Busa is the first living proof (for anyone concerned/interested) of Euro emissions laws having "surpassed" the US requirements (with possible exception of CA of course) as I recall from the Busa intro info that the Busa would be carrying small dual catalytic converters in the OEM exhaust just after the split from 1 to 2 pipes again (as in being a 4-2-1-2 exhaustsystem) all over the world EXCEPT in USA!?!?!
And I can assure you that my Busa had "cats" in the OEM exhaust!

Thanks Animal. I searched the archives and I couldn't get a conclusive answer. Some guys say there are some sort of 'vanes' near the collector in North American model bikes, but that those may or may not be cats. Does anyone know for sure. Johnnycheese???
