Cast Iron Parts!

Any body here has any connections in the cast iron professions. I have a project I am working on I am need some cast iron parts made. I am trying to restore a disc harrow for my pops and the thing is so old that the parts are obsolete now. The parts I am trying to get replacements for are the box bearing halves as some are cracked and one half is missing.

Any help or connections would be appreciated!

you in AZ? you might call CRE Engineering and see if they can suggest a shop.. They are strictly machining work but Chauvin is the king of resto work.. (if he is still alive )

I found the 2nd part yesterday! After two years of looking for it on six acres of land I found it next to a tree stump. I still have to get two more to replace the broken one still on the disc.

I am in NC now and probably for good!

You could go billet machined prolly.
