I can understand if they have a standing rule that states this is a motorcycle forum and political post blah blah blah aren't tolerated.

We have been off an on here with it, when it starts getting heated we shut it down... The key is to have those conversations knowing that you aren't going to sway anyone on a forum... As long as it stays respectful / no arguments then you really need to have those topics available...
