Can someone convert a mov file for me

Hey we just got done test our christmas lights this year and i have a video but its in mov file format. Can someone convert it to either a mpeg or avi format so i can bring the size of the file down and for ease of viewing i hate real player just let me know and ill pm you the link and once i get the size down ill get it hosted again

I just downloaded, installed and started the program. Unfortunately, I do not have any .mov files to experiment with.
