Both bikes are about dead even in a race... the 12 is more comfy , the busa is the better buy , better F+F , better resale , better built. sj

i just drove a zx12r today ..the thing is fast . flip of a throttle its like a beast with too much torque. its scary to me. my question is anyone ever ride one and ride a busa? is the busa just as fast or is it the same? does the busa go with the throttle barely open like the zx12r?

Hi. I have a ZX12R and have ridden a Busa. I cannot ride a Busa because it is too low for me. My ZX has 200 rwbhp with the Dave Potter mods and Cobra exhaust. That's with standard ignition timing.
