Oh sorry!!!
I can give you instruction for a Nokia as my model, dunno other how they work.
Anyway....FIRST YOU NEED TO UPLOAD THE PIC IN YOUR PHONE via Infrared or bluetooth then
go to TOOLS ->SETTINGS ->PHONE -> STANDBY MODE -> BACKGROUND IMAGE select yes then -> SELECT IMAGE.
It's very simple.
