Hey folks ... bad day for me Saturday. Finished a tag mount wiring mod and cleaned the chain and went for a ride. Stopped in a store and came back out and my Busa was on its right side!! Steering locked to the left. No security cams. No one there ... pretty scuffed up RH cowling - no broken mirros/levers or cracked cowling. Kickstand mod done ... I'm so sick ... Anway - did a search and saw a couple names here - Kathy from J&M Chopper Shop or Kevin from mrcycles that sell OEM parts. I need to find a new RH cowling - think its an "undercowling" - anyway its the one with the Kanji on it ... thought about new stickers but there are scrapes on the paint as well. So, who has reasonable prices? My local shop wants 594.99 for the cowling with stickers, 155.94 for all the stickers. Frame sliders are next trust me. Thanks in advance. And, hey, nobody got hurt ... deductible basically equals the part cost ... Would Love to custom paint BUT two kids in college precludes that! Will take a pic and post it ... Guess I'm looking for an OEM part at the best price. Saw some "fiche" parts places but the codes get me - are the different codes different Busas e.g. CA, Europe or different colors? Mine is US Black/Charcola Grey 06 Model ... Thanks. Deadeye
