Broken Fairing Post

Wanted to do this as a poll but do not see how to do that anymore. Short story is in taking off my fairings I broke the post for the upper fairing piece next to the gas tank. Will try to repair with epoxy but this is the second time I have done this and was wondering how many other people are having the same issue.

sorry to hear, if you lift the tank up that post just pops out...

............and add a little grease or vasaline to that grommet for ease of removal next time.

same with the pop post at the bottom that you usually unscrew from the block, so after you grease it up it just pops out you don't need to get on your back to take of the fairing.

Yep I did the same thing! Have not fixed it yet, thinking about super glue. First time apart I did it....???
