I like the Akra for the high quality materials and design, the sound is quiet yet throaty, I guess my bike gained a few HP.

Brocks is loud, and will melt your boot.
Akropovic is very quiet, with a baffle(s) in, and has a deep tone without them.
You can also grab a carbon fiber muffler bare handed on a running bike.
Brocks makes great stuff, but I prefer Akropovic. But that's just me, either is a good choice.

you won't really notice any difference in power between the 2
With a good dyno tune with either, 8-10hp and 4-5 lb' torque is an average number...and just that, numbers.
Power curve and delivery is what you want.
Either exhaust does that well with a good dyno tune.

Both are great exhausts so there’s no wrong choice.

Brock’s will give you a package deal if you purchase an exhaust and Power commander. He’ll give you a base map to get you started. I’ve heard they are pretty spot on so you could save a couple hundred bucks on the dyno

I asked this question before and it seems they both make about the same hp n torque when tuned on a Dyno. The akra is deep and throaty, sounds real good.
Brock Alien is FUKN LOUD and higher pitched.
