Brake Pads?

Is there certain brands of brake pads that are better than others, what brand?

How difficult is it to change front and rear brake pads on a genII?

I can only share what I've been exposed too.

Stock HH = ok for street, but need more bite for track
EBC HH = Great for street but they bite quick and are fairly noisy. You can hear them rubbing if you leaned way over on the girl.
EBC Extreme Pros = Great for street with the best feel of any I've tried.

And they are also listed in ascending order of price. The pros run about 80 bucks a set.

I love my ceramic brake pads i bought off ebay. Brake real nice. Had then on the bike for a couple hundred miles now. Definitely better than stock

i have extreme pro pads and they are a little noisy but not enough to bug me. Also there are 2 bolts that hold the caliper on. Just remove them and thet the caliper hang and pull the pads out then put your new pads in. then bolt them back on. You may have to push the pistons back in to allow enough space for the rotor. Just leave your old pads on and get a flat head screwdriver and use a prying motion.
