Brake Lines Question

Anonther question on brake lines. Do you guys get the 2 lines front the master reservoir down to each caliper, or do you get the 1 line down with the other line up'n'over the mudguard to the other caliper.

By eliminating the cross over line, you will get better feel and a greater amout of stopping power because the calipers are not "sharing" off of the squeeze. Each line is getting its own fluid, as opposed to sharing.

I rang HEL, and they told me pretty much the same.

But also they said that you would not be allowed on a track day with the up'n'over type. It's an ACU regulation. That's in England, not sure what the US is like though.

Interesting.

I just installed HEL lines for my front brakes and chose the two lines figuring that was better. But I am not a fliud dynamic engineer.

My goodrich have separate lines, but I think they offer both.
