brake light doesnt light up?

need help getting pissed off now... aftermarket tail light all the lights turn on and signals work but when i hit the brakes the brakes doesnt light up...there is 3 wires from the bike i guess ones ground and the other two are positive since there is power going in both those wires..so when i hook up the wires from the undertail the light turns on when my bike is on but when the brakes are hit nothing shines brighter...checked the fuse in the front left panel part all the fuses look good unless theres more fuses somewhere else...any one have any thoughts about that

dont know what kind of tail light you have but it sounds like your going to need an adapter to wire it in... like a trailer light box you put on cars... i've seen a few people use one of these with some aftermarket tail lights with no issues.
