Wow here is downer... just found out one of my co-workers I trained just got in an accident and died.......damn !!!!! He was a young kid (23) just starting to live his life. He was pretty much "sheltered" up until about 6 months ago.

i did alot better this time this was my second time at the track and the first time was not so good it died on me two times trying to come off the line but tonight i ran 4 times and it only died on my first run i think it was an 11... 10... 9... and i ran a 8.57 its only the 1000ft track like 320ft short of a 1/4 but i dont think i did to bad
