heres a thought if the bike is an 06, you are due for new hoses anyway...why you are investigating your problem you should replace them, it will inform you to do so in your manual...and you could have a pin hole or a lose clamp! but I'm assuming you and everyone else who had looked at it already ruled that out....good luck Im in Indiana so not close enough to lend a hand:poke:

Radiator shops are the way to go. Usually to weld up a pinhole is like $40 or something cheap like that.



any approved methods from GM for aluminum rad repairs?

When I bought a brand new 2003 busa. After riding it 20 minutes, the temp gauge went to peg and I shut off. Called seller shop. Rode it to the shop after an hour of cooling without overheating. After an hour they came back and said air was in the cooling system and they burped it and I never had a problem after for years!!
