Best tuner/programer?

looking for a programer that gives me the best hp and removes the speed limiter. Bike stock except a yosh slip on. Can someone help me with the air box mod?
Do i also need a TRE ?

It will depend on what you're doing but ECU editor, bazzaz, PC.

None of the ones you listed will remove the speed limiter.

There are some people using a software application and interface to tune the factory ECU. The can also adjust the speed limiter. What area are you in?

i have a 99 and done the air box mod
pair valve mod and fitted aftermarket exhaust
system also a power commander and k&n
havn't rode the bike cos i'm building it up at the mo
just wondering would i gain from a TRE or does the 99
not need it.
i'll be getting it tuned in a couple of weeks.

The 99 - 00 models weren't limited. So I wouldn't mess with a TRE.

I am using Boost by Smiths ECU Flashing Kit. with Petriks ECU software. Pulled th limiters with with one Flash.

I had the same questions on the same bike:2008 . Bought a Xtre and a powercommander5. That was before i discovered the possibilities of the EcuEditor. Took them off and ordered a harness from boostbysmith. I think it's by far the best way to go.
