When swapping out the swing arm and wheels are new ones required?

DOn't know about an 08 but it should be the same. You'll need new shock linkage pivot bearings. The larger swingarm pivots can be removed and reinstalled in the new one. Wheels should come with new bearings unless you are buying chromed oems.
