the guy is from hungary and the speedo is in km/h

still its his fault, the vehicle had not even made the lane change and hes already dedicated himself to it. poor decision imho

just from the last sentence of ur quote... so whats the reason why it is legal in some states? we all know its not the safest thing to do but at the same time.. when riding a motorcycle being on ur motorcycle isnt the safest thing either


The answer to your question - why is it legal? Has to do historically with air cooled engines melting on hot days. That guy was at fault period. Not to mention the fact he panicked because if he would have been riding the yellow/white line he would have had time to fall back and or clear the vehicles on either side. Just a very risky course of action for no real pay off.

Impressive, the bike was still running after all that. (I think) unless that was a truck parked near the camera.
 
We lane split in California because we have to. The traffic is so bad, that without the ability to lane split, F-bombs will be on the rise. :laugh:
