Welcome......that's a fine looking bike...

If I would have found one before I got my current bike, I'd be riding one of those....

Don't say it like that, lol, 17 years, it's hard to think of them as that old now.
My ‘99 is 25 years old now lol
I can remember looking at the ‘99 when they arrived in NZ and thinking … “one day when I’m old and can’t handle the power of a GSXR1100M I’ll get me one of them lmao
Well, that day came 10 years ago . . .
Better bike than the GSXR1100M .

My Goldwing is 17, and my Gsxr1k is 21!
I've been looking at more oldies lately too, TL1kR's, FZ1's, and Z1's.
It's full suspension on my Gsxr...or another bike...decisions decisions.
I would buy another B-King too, and almost did a couple years ago...clean, 100% stock...$4500 obo, I should've been quicker and grabbed it.
Winter and especially Christmas is usually deal time here too, but nothing lately.

I tell folk I’m not really into the “old Suzuki’s”. The GT Kettles, Rotary RE5, the various 8v GS’s etc.

I say I like the newer models, bikes from the start of the 16v GSX.

Then I remember my 16v GSX1100ET is 45 years old !

Speaking of deals, wow, take a look at Joe's "Vintage2" channel on YTube, he gets some amazing deals on old vintage dirt bikes and road bikes.
It's usually owners that just put the bike into the shed as soon as it breaks down and consigned it to the dustbin of time. He's in Wisconsin . . every week he picks up 2 to 3 side by sides, quads, or old bikes, fixes them, films it all for his channel and either sells them or puts them in his storage container.
It's a great way to spend an hour.
