Will be 62 in June and bought my first Busa when I was 48(on my 3rd Busa now,had a BSA at 17 and about a dozen Harleys after that).Still 21 at heart...and ride like it most of the time.

Doing the math,with responses up to this moment, this day, here is the scoop.

The average age of Busa riders is 47.7 years old, compared to 37 years old in 2009. So, as predicted the Busa is preferred by a more mature audience today, compared to a while back. I think the young'ns prefer 1k bikes with all the new bells and whistles.

We had 94 responses.

Sum of total age is 4485 years, a lot of life experience around here.

The oldest riders, 3 above 70 keep truckin guys.

We only have 2 riders who are in their earlier 20's or below, which is an interesting statistic for me. My peak motorcycle years were between 16 and 25 years old, then life went on to career and other things, kids and no more bikes. Different country, different place. Or, is the Busa just an old man's bike ???

To the young'ns, keep riding safe, so that you can enjoy this at 47 and 70+.

23 here. Bought my 'Busa back in January of this year when I was still 22.
