Boy I'm having pretty good luck with vendors these days. I bought the jacket below (new) from a private individual based on what the FS site said about the jacket, most notably, the full sleeve zip out liner. Come to find out that the jacket only comes with a zip out vest liner. I called FS and explained the problem. They told me their web manager had made a mistake in the listing so I could choose either one of the two full sleeve liners they did have for sale and they would send it to me free of charge. It arrived Saturday and its a great full sleeve liner, a jacket really, with pockets and everything! Doesn't zip in but its got its own zipper so I can wear it under any jacket I want. Great deal and saved me $40! I think their site still has the wrong info...but I'm happy!
