Anyone else heard about this. Representative Bill Taylor of Aiken S.C. is calling for an Article V Convention of States because he feels like the federal government is out of control. It seems that S.C. and Va. have called of the convention. My understanding is it will require 38 states to sign on. I have no idea what they're proposing.
