APE 1397 kit

How much power will the 1397 kit give if all other components are left stock. Such as no head work stock cams etc. Other than a new map, whats really needed? Oh and a high amp battery. How hard is the install and will very much power come from just the block and piston swap? I know the head work and the rest would be money well spent, but funds are low right now. Might be able to afford a cam. Any input?

Cams alone shoujld give you 4-6 hp. Not worth it to me.

the yosh drop ins. KS waterbug is currently working on building a motor shoot hima pm and he should be able to tell you waht route to go. i wanted to go motor but for teh money and power you cant beat turbo

You just need somebody who knows what they are doing. you should be able to get around 190hp with no head work and stock cams.

I'm in southeast Georgia. Not too far from Cooper performance in Unadilla. They are dead set on selling me megacycle cams. Those are great I know but I'm just lookin' for a little extra right now. Can't buy much until I sell something so the wife says. If I get rid of my dirt bike, gonna go turbo.

Yeah thats what I should have done in the first place. Wife gave me the choice. I picked wrong. Dirt bike is on sale.
