cuts my signature in half,since late yesterday? Do they look right to everybody else? Texas ban conflict,have boundries moved half way into MO?

I have a problem with my desktop not letting me use any of the buttons above the text entry area. I dont have the org on a pop up blocker either. Everything works great on my laptop but my desktop has been jacked for a long time.
