Anyone doing any of the Texas Track Days?

I have never done one and am curious of what they are all about.  

How slow are the C Groups?

looks like fun but to far for me to go for a one day trip... especially a monday. I'd need leathers and sliders before i even thought about doing a track day though. if you go let us know how it goes!

there is a trackday at MSR-Houston again in feburary, and i am going to Oak Hill feb 16 that track is in henderson. All of the Texas guys on here should over run the track with the busas one day. Hopefully we can all get together one trackday.

Ride Smart also has track days - I am alternating between both w/ my RC51.

The C group is good to start - have an instructor watch you then they will bump you to the B group after lunch.
Alot more crashes in B group be careful.

I am little concerned about the Busa on the track - too much money could get wasted. I feel more comfortable dragging my knee in the hill country on the Busa.

plus i am putting on a 4 over arm. dont think it will play to well on track after that
