Does anybody use these and more important does anybody use with aftermarket Discs Kinda wondering if they will work with my new ABM rotors

I use the KRYPTONITE disk lock. In addition, I always put the "stretchy" thing on the lock and my handle bars (as a reminder) so I don't drive off with the lock on. Could be VERY embarassing!!!

See that pin within the gap? When you onlock it, the pin receads into the lock. When you want to use it, place it on the brake disc of the bike, and have that pin go through one of the holes, then lock it. When the bike is rolled, the lock will hit the brake caliper.

Many users of these have caused damage by launching their bikes without removing the lock. If you decide to use it, do what hotrodd does. Either that or roll the bike in the direction you plan on going when you mount up again, until the lock meets the caliper.

+1, and if you do forget  

to take the lock off, you want go very far

. Another safty factor I do is I always roll my bike before I start just incase I ever have a BRAIN Fade and forget to unlock anything

. Falling on your BUTT in public is really embarrassing

That's a fact. It doesn't fall into the "looking Kool" catagory!!!

Me likey. It sucks that it will not deter peeps from stealing your bike. I woke up one morning to find my bike was down the street with one of those kryptonite locks. Now I use the disc lock and also have a anchor in the drive way where the bike is chained too.

Also, if you forget and leave it on, you crack your fender, don't ask me how I know.
