I have a to inspire case graphing calculator.

I have a question on graphing an function. Let's just use the following

Y=x+5, x>3.

How do I graph the x>3 part. X+5 is easy enough but I want the graph to start where x > 3. On paper its easy but getting my ti inspire cx cas to do it is another story.

Sorry I can not help you there I use a Ti-89 for school. But htere is a real cool graphing software that i use that is free with great support.
My Calculus professor told us about it and to use it.
The website is Graph
The software is free and does all sorts of amazing things. I use it all the time.
Sorry I could not help with the Ti but maybe you can use this software.

Thanks lurch. That's cool, but I can't use the software on proctored exams. Only my calculator. So hopefully someone here has some experience.

How do u enter that into your 89. It may be similar

Sorry but I do not graph on the Ti-89. I use the software on the computer. Let em see if some of my school buddies can help us out here.
