So in Florida if you kill someone you get away scoot free. But if you don't want to kill said person you get jail time? What kind of backwards justice is this? ???

That woman faced continuos abuse and kept returning. Over a long period of time She had every opportunity to leave and didnt. The evidence clearly showed she was not truly in jeopardy and she was rightfully convicted. These are the words of the judge and many others not mine.
