I am considering replacing the stock wheels on my 2000 with aftermarket wheels to (1) reduce weight and (2) get more attractive wheels (my favorites are the ones that come with the Ducati). Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Remember that most Mag wheels are not recommended for road use, be careful. The Dymag 5 spoke are approved for road use. email me on richard@tts-performance.co.uk. if you want a set. I have them in white, gold, and silver 1700$ a set delivered.

Bagabusa...true...true, given the right impact *all* will fail. I never had any problems, oh course I did not crash or it any big holes in the pavement.

I was selling them so I could get DM custom carbon.....Andrew shipped them yesterday. I should be a happy man by next week.

jeffW,
Are those techmags chrome, or carbon fiber? Are they 3 spoke? Do they look like the PM wheels?

I have dymag 3 spke that are a two piece wheel, came on the bike. Is it safe for me to ride those at high speeds and on the road?

probably better to start a new thread but those are a full on racing wheel, I would think unless they are damaged somehow, they should be just fine..
