Aftermarket 08 Kick Stand

Heard many stories about 'the busa goin down'. I've read the article about the inexpensive kickstand mod to the stock stand, but I would like to know if there is a aftermarket kickstand that is any better then the stock one? If so, which one and where to purchase? Looking for a quality stand. Thanks.

In stock form, the Gen2 has a much better lean on the kickstand than the Gen1. I may get an adjustable one, but seems to be okay for now.

+1.........I just lowered mine an 1" in the front and two in da rear, and thought for sure the kickstand was not going to give me enough lean, but to my suprise it still works fine

that was the first mod i did to the bike after taking the reflectors and stickers of the tank...lol
now i have lowered the bike 1.5 inches in the rear... glad i went ahead and did the kickstand mod.

just do the kickstand mod FREE is good.

I agree with that. Much better than my 06 model had.
