I am now having problems with the bike Its lunging at ideal and under 4000 rpms..

108, 109, 110....

Did not have this problem, this bad before work ? Bike was running good. Calling shop this morning ?? :(

Was you bike stock before? Sounds like you are a bit rich now, which if your filters were real dirty they would restrict fuel flow.

Adjust your TPS, synch the Throttle Bodies. If you or your dealer has the Yosh Box, use it for the idle. Your idle should be a smooth purr.

I asked my shop about that ?? Just had it done about 2000 miles ago ??

The shops calling Suzuki this week to see about what could of happened ?? Because there is another one also. But all he had done was the cam chain tensioner & not the fuel system ?? Or they would have synch the Throttle Bodies, TPS >> :)

I found that after the clutch was pulled in that if you let it out into what should be the dead area before ingaging the clutch, the plates will start to ingage. Thus you start to get the surging when you are stopped found this out fri on my way home ??

Mayb'e they slipped a cam tooth and dropped the cam timing out is just an idea but is the first thing that I would check Boss

After running some ( I know I'm not suppost to do that but ) STP though the system It now is starting to run like It used to ?

Go figure, Fuel or something in the tank. was joking with the shop, Put the old parts back in :)
