I'm watching speed channel right now, and they are running.
I was also trying to see "my" girl friend, Valerie Thompson, who set a worlds record on a Harley Panhead at 161 MPH, last year at the same event.
She is in the record books now twice out there.

World's fastest Harley Panhead, and another in the year before of 153 MPH on her turbocharged V-Rod.
She told me she wants to do 350 MPH out there (on a "bike") ASAP.

She is practicing on a Pro-Stock Buell in the NHRA races.

Here is a picture of the first time I met her at the Bikers for Babies here in 2006.

She is just as nice, as she is beautiful.

They might be faster, but not quicker. She has gone 7.50 @175 MPH in the quarter mile.

Valerie runs a "production motor". The one in Bub's racer is pure billet from one end to the other.
A V-4 turbocharged, something like 3000 cc monster.
