a great update and a not-so-great update LOL

As some of you know, I had to sell my Hayabusa in 2009. I have been fighting to get back on 2 wheels, and acquired a 1997 Kawasaki ZX-11 that needed engine work. Sadly I have not been successful in getting the engine back together BUT, I found out an interesting update just today..

The engine from a ZZR1200 is a direct bolt-in to the ZX-11 chassis, and even better, it's fuel injected! And now the not-so-good: there aren't many ZZR1200's around!

I'm wondering if it's time to unload the ZX and save the pennies for a brighter day. Thoughts?

Last year, I sold my '01 and got a cruiser. Meanwhile, I also bought a ZX-11 until I was in a position to buy a Gen II (bought a used '08 last FEB). So at one point in time, I had 3 bikes on my driveway

LOL well this one I couldn't pass up.. it was too good of a deal, especially when I had no bike at all.

Meh, I had to sell the Busa I had because I needed the money.

I'm still in that status.. problem is I'm having serious DT's from not riding!
