A few mods I did about 10 years back when I first got the bike !
Lightened gear shift leaver .
Removed cast mark's on rear brake leaver , replace foot rest's for lighter one's
Replaced metal bracket for slow running adjustment , with a wire one
Lightened rear caliper bracket , and replaced rear Axle for one with a Castle nut and split pin ( uk bikes never had this )
Lighter Mirrors , bar leavers and remove bar end weights
Replace luggage hook mounting points for plain bolt !
Replace metal bolts on chain guard for plastic one's
Lot's of nut's and bolt's replaced with titanium one's .
The 2000 Busa had a lot of mods before I got it , and there is a good few more that I have done over the years !!

Nobody on or near it and with my back to it I heard the thud. (Sick sound if you have ever had the pleasure) Contacted MRCycles (sponser) and have new plastic bits on the way. They are great to work with! The parts list from this has been done before so I won't repost. Here's the pics to not get flamed.
