4000 mile service Question 2

Since winter is here and I intend to store the bike for the winter, should I wait on changing the fluids or go ahead? I know oil should be changed at timed intervals as well as mileage intervals.

Dont store it ride it!

If you are going to store it, change the oil before storing. Oil with mileage on it contains acids from the contaminates that you don't want sitting in the cases all winter.

+1 change the oil first and use some Stabil in the fuel system
