Not I, but as far as I know with the 240 kits you have to notch the frame for the chain. As far as wheel lip it is just frame pushing chain over to where it hits wheel? Maybe once frame is notched it will correct the wheel problem. Plenty of ppl on here with 240's that should be able to provide more info.
Definatly need to notch the frame so the chain wont rub and check your spacers to make sure you have them on correctly, You will have to notch the frame even if the spacers are correct.
i have the framed notched a bit, but i dont know if its enough or i still have a spacer issue. im thinking that if i had a spacer issue i would have marks around the entire lip of the rim not intermintant like i have now which makes me think that when the chain touches the frame it vibrates back and causes the chain just to clip the rim a little bit?????
