This is normal for a Busa... Its suppose to make the power more user friendly! Some swear a TRE will eliminate this condition others believe it will make the bike perform even worse. The condition your describing is by design..

It is not from the tre i tried it with and with out it is a noise coming from the tranny i have been told it might be first gear missing a couple teeth it slips and grips with a noise

Trust me on this..... The noise you hear is coming from the clutch..yes it was by design.. the problem can be removed with a differnt innermost clutch plate....... and bellville spring
Go to your dealer and find a pc pic that uses two pieces for the mentioned inner most clutch friction disc.. I orderd mine from an after market hopup shop and when the parts came they were OEM Suzuki parts.. clutch cover gasket and two other pieces and cheap too.....

I would have to say the left side the bike only has 3000 miles and it is fine in all other gear at any rpm i had it at the dyno drags and after that it started on the way home

Id start by checking the chain and then go on from there

Why would it be the chain if it is only in first gear all other gears are fine
