I have a '2000' busa with a big bore kit, I have run the bike like this since 2001. It has the oversized
battery and the anit kick-back kit. I've never had trouble starting it until recently.  The battery is new,
and it stays on the charger unitl I ride it.  Lately I only get one start out of it.  You can always hear it
struggle turning over the 15.1 JE's but it always would.

My question is - is there anything new out there to get the big bores to kick over, high torque starters, anything,
I have been out of the loop for a while.

I don't know if I'm

with this question, like I said I've been out of it for a while and I was hoping
you guys can shed some light.
Thanks in advance.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET A BAD BATTERY NEW. HOW DOES IT RUN WHEN YOU GET IT STARTED. ALSO THERE IS A MOD TO HOOK UP TWO BATTERIES.

switch over to a 24v start and you'll never have a problem again. The starter has no problems handling it.
