130 links 16/42 7" over to 17/45 xxx links?

I want to know b4 i purchase my set up today
i was +7" over, maybe more with 130 links with 16/42 gearing.
I do not want to put so much stress on the chain this time around.
so i want to get 17/45 is that the equivelent to 16/45?? can i still get 130 links?

Who are you ordering from? Im sure if you ask they will get you the right stuff. Corey from motomummy has a good writeup on their page about chains/sprockets
