1 inch lower up front?

Hey guys, I have a soupy's kit up front and basically just used it to raise the bar height. Id like to lower the bike down the inch in the front and my question is- to those who ride the street like that- IS IT OK?

Im a big guy, the bike is stretched and lowered, but Ive been a little leary of lowering the front the inch for fear of the fender rubbing/hitting during heavy braking.

What is your experience with it? I know it will look better but it looks ok now when my 260 lbs is on on board.

Get stiffer springs in the forks and you wont have a problem

Russell... I am lowered 1" in the front but I would like to go another inch. if I change my fork springs to stiffer ones can I get away with a 2" overall drop?

If you come down hard off a wheelie yes, but not otherwise. This happens at stock height as well.

Will it hit hard enough to cause damage or just scuff ? That is if you are answering me the OP.
