I never drink coffee. Maybe 2-3 times a yr exact same as now.
Never in the day. If I do I'm done, 20 mins later 1 cup of coffee will knock me out.
Same as chocolate.
You could give me a Hersey bar and a cup of coffee , wait 30 mins and perform surgery.

You're lucky .. I was that way till about 28. Could eat 50 Lbs of food a day and not get past 165 (I'm only 5' 10"). Now it's a different story
