Bike week 2007 What did you do?

Came down with GIXERHP and another friend.

So far and it is not over yet.

BTW no wife or families came along =)

987 miles so far

One bike with blown fork seals

One bike (mine) broken/jammmed and repaired Vortex links, bought a dremel at Wally's at 2:00am to fix that one, bottomed out and bent the belly pan mount and somehow jammed the links forward

I have managed to spend $600 so far not including gas or lodging

My brand new baseball hat has tire tracks on it, luckily my head was not in it at the time

Honestly I have had less than 20 hours sleep since last Thursday.

We left Daytona at 3:15 am and got back here at 4:30 am last night.

Been flashed at least twice

Have pictures of me that I'll never be able to show anybody or post online.

Have pictures of freinds that I'll be killed for showing anybody...

Met some other members from here, nice to meet you guys

Top speed this week about 170 MPH on I-4 the vette backed off a little before that

Discovered that the coffee labled "high octaine" at HESS is better than Dunkin' Donuts

Saw AMA Flat track dirt racing

Saw Super Motard races

Saw lots of stoooopid people that should never ride bikes

Saw lots of half naked people that shouldn't have been dressed that way

And I don't think I've seen one Strechted, Slammed Busa anywhere

I somehow managed to earn the name "Tapeworm"































Oh wait, I have seen 25 in one place within 5 minutes of each other, This place should be named "Busa Week"

Anybody else???  

I'm sure there is more...

Oh yeah, 1000 miles at triple digits in FL on these Flat arse roads totally ruins a good tire, it has a huge flat spot ground into it.

Broke in my new riding boots and seat...

Had to buy Sweatpants at Wallys in South Daytona so we wouldn't freeze on the ride back to the house at 2:00am. What is up with being in the 30's in FL???

Ahhh... you discovered the infamous Florida Flat!  

That's the main reason I'm trying out the new Pilot 2CTs! My last rear tire had the threads pokiing thru the center while the sides still looked like new~ Totally sux!

Only flashed twice? They must be crackin down on that over there...  

Wish we could make it over and meet up with you guys, but somebody, who's LadyHawk like name I won't mention, decided to slam her thumb in her car door this morning~ Don't think she'll be grabing onto the throttle for at least a week!

It's all good though... splinted up and nothing broke~
