1/2 Mile - Tire And Sprockets Ratio Question.

Hello,
I will go to 1/2 mile race.
I am new owner of Turbo Hayabusa and want to get advise.
What sprockets ratio will be the best for 1000m race from dead start, not roll race ?
What tyre will be ok to this event ? Currently I am using Shinko HookUp to 1/4 but know that max speed index for this tyre is 270 km/h. Also what pressure will be the best ?

Bike setup about 450 RWHP.
Driver weight about 240 lbs.
