06 Fork Seal Help

After looking at the microfiche at HondaEast's website, I'm wondering if it is necessary to order the "stopper ring" and "washer" (numbers 5 and 7)along with the obvious oil and dust seals(#6 and #8)? It's not like they are expensive but thats 14 bucks toward the fork oil.

To do the job you need:

18 - O ring
6 - Oil Seal
8 - Dust Seal
11 - Gasket

Thanks 2BB. Its because of your write up that I'm going ahead with this on my own. That is if I don't go ahead with changing out the spring while I'm at it.
