03 Busa push rod keeps breaking cover

I recently bout a 03 Busa. I let a friend ride it n got a call he broke down n the clutch slave was shot. I went and bout a brad new clutch slave and installed it. After I bled the clutch I started my bike then in gauged the clutch and heard a grinding noise n it wouldnt goblin gear. So I engaged the clutch again n noticed the cover the the clutch slave sits in is cracked. Well I did it 4 times n all 4 covers cracked. Can anyone tell me why?

First of all welcome to the forum.......

Does your bike have any clutch mods done to it? Sometimes people put in heavier clutch springs....if so you need a clutch slave bracket to stop it from cracking which is common on Gen 1 bikes.....



BTW, you posted this in the Gen 3 threads which will throw people off......
