Bah you could have found one on ebay for like 40$ and a new gasket 10$.. These bolts just need to be press on gently, I never used a torque wrench.. Just feel it once its tight its perfect!

I run an Hayab since 99 and do wheelies all the time, I have not any "unatural" amount of oil, as a mather of fact I just cleaned my air bix and little recerptor who was half full in about 3 years! No residues on the air filter as well.. So might think about having a second look to that...

There are only 2 wire in the plug, the 2 other are empty.. Just short the plug that has only 2 conductors! It will put your bike in dealer mode! Double check to make sure you have the right plug! But there isn't that much 4 wire (2 empty) and not connected to anything!

Same here, mine is a 99, it seem to have slight hesitation, tought it was related to a poor ECM map. Probably need some PCIII and tune it right!

Is it cutting down like you had turn off the bike and then picking up or simple slowly drop? (I had bike doing that, was the connector of the fuel pump getting intermittent, was completly cutting gaz for like 3 sec and then pick up... Vibration). If this is the problem it wont mather at what rpm...
