Update: Got the battery...all is well. Charging fine. Ready to ride!!!! Thanks all!

I have not gotten a battery yet, but I did test the stator and all seemed well. I will get battery this weekend and report back.

Thanks DO3.... I am leaning towardsthe battery now. Last night I charged for about 3 hours on trickle charger. It did not charge. Light never turned green. I am thinking its the battery now.

I mounted the speakers on my triple tree riser..no where near any wires for the headlights. And I only have HID on the low.

I just put a new VR on there. When I get home I will put it on the meter and see what it's putting out @ 5000rpm...if it's within specs..I guess it could be the ballast going bad?

Hey... Not sure what you mean.. I just wired the hot wire from the amp to a hot wire in my tail light. Also I have intergrated T/L's. But again.. since I unplugged the amp and the problem is still there... the amp should not be the issue.
